I found out yesterday that this will be my last week in Pleasant Hill/Benicia California and I'm heading to Corpus Christi so it'll be a few days until i get a new set of runs. If anyone has any, please forward them on.
Today's run was a little over 7 miles, a pretty easy run once you get past the first 3 miles its either flat or downhill so it can be fast. There's a nice straightaway that's about a mile long which i usually kick it into high gear for, otherwise it's an open pace which is on trails nearly the entire time. As usual it starts and finishes at the Mariott Residence inn.
