Before the turkey is the run. Or at least that's my mentality, I need an excuse to pig out. But its kinda a tradition, I used to do the Turkey trot in Manchester except with all the travel I feel the need to get more than 4 hours of sleep. . So here's todays run. It was nice, pleasant with some slight hils, nothing extravagant but a good time.
