Twas the day after Christmas and I needed a run.....
And that's as creative as I'm feeling right now, mainly because it was a cold and damp the entire time, but that's what you get for running in December. So it was a nice 5 miler, or close enough to, with a two decent climbs between miles 3 and 4, back to back with just a little rest, so I'd say they're the hallmarks of the trot.

So over the next week I'll be putting together my top ten runs of the year and hopefully getting enough downtime to clean the blog up a little bit. Merry Christmas
